The spa at our hotel was quite something else. It hugs a slope that drops to the Campuhan River below and you get a view of the ridge across.
It has a grotto setting with lovely Balinese stone carvings. But it can be hard on naked soles.

Our only drawback? One of our masseuses was a masseur. Ick! Rubdown, body scrub, flower bath and a male presence.

It all looks a bit fake but nice. Funny the hibiscus are all so well spaced... LOL re masseuse
